If I had this system back then, I would’ve saved $528k in wasted spend.
Instead, I learned the hard way. Now I’m giving it away. Starting with the 4-hour growth loop that saved my CAC.

Because “just throw money at it” isn’t a marketing strategy.
Good morning. In this edition:
⚡ The most leveraged growth loop I’ve ever used
🔥 Why I stopped chasing tactics and built a system
💥 3 growth wins that came from operational clarity
🧠 The system I’m opening up on June 2
⚡ The Most Leveraged Growth Loop I’ve Ever Used
Most growth loops are theoretical. I love theory. But theory doesn’t pay the bills. So I figured I’d turn theory into a machine. A system that could:
Spot constraints faster than my brain could
Ship tests without falling into tactical debt
And actually compound learnings, not just performance
Here’s how it works:
Deconstruct – Strip the problem to its atomic truth.
Diagnose – Map the system. Find the constraint.
Design – Build the minimum viable experiment.
Deploy – Log what happened. Systematize the win.
We used this loop to relaunch Google Ads at TeachMeTo after CPA ballooned past $200.
The old playbook? Test more keywords. Test more radii. Blame seasonality. Blame the Google bidding algorithm.
The new one?
Deconstructed the retention curve.
Diagnosed the drop off at milestone 1.
Designed a conversion-focused landing page experiment.
Deployed with real tracking and tagged learnings.
Result: 🔥 2.3x higher conversion. CAC dropped under $90.
🔥 Why I Stopped Chasing Tactics and Built a System
Tactics work until they don’t. A few years ago, everyone was going gangbusters with lookalike audiences on Facebook. Take a list of buyers, upload it, generate a 1% LAL, and boom…5x ROAS without breaking a sweat.

It worked. Until it didn’t.
The iOS 14 update dropped. Signal loss hit. Performance collapsed. The tactic was dead. You’re left guessing, rebuilding, and repeating the same broken play.
Growth at most startups looks like this:
A new channel sparks excitement
It works for a few weeks
Performance slips
The team panics, shifts focus, and starts over
I built the Growth OS because I was tired of watching good teams get wrecked by poor structure.
💥 3 Growth Wins That Came from Operational Clarity
These didn’t come from a hack. They came from a playbook.
Landing Page Experiments → +2.3x CVR
One insight from the Learning Database led to a redesigned page. Simple fix. Big payoff.Weighted Radius Bidding → +20% Conversion Volume
Instead of testing new channels, we made an old one more efficient by bidding near venues that performed best.Milestone-Based Retention → 43% Week 4 Retention
We stopped emailing churned users and started activating first-time users with 3-click onboarding flows. The difference? Compounding.
🧠 The System I’m Opening Up on June 2
It’s called The Growth Marketing OS. It includes:
✅ The 4-Hour Growth Loop
✅ The LIFT Execution Engine
✅ Full Google & Meta ad blueprints
✅ Growth rituals, planning templates, learning database
✅ Creative testing systems, GACCS briefs, and more
If you’ve ever wanted to run growth like an engineer instead of a growth-hacker-with-a-whiteboard, this is it.
I’ll only be opening it to subscribers first. No viral launch, no webinar, no guru-funnel. Just a system you can plug and play.
→ June 2. Mark it.
